"The Portfolio" UX Renewal
The "THE Portfolio", is a career design program offered by the school's Human Resources Development Institute. I analyzed why the utilization of the service is low to the value it provided, and proposed UX solutions to boost the use.

01. Benchmarking
User Research
I started by searching communities of students who are preparing for employment.
I gathered information of the services that these students fond to use. I also could understand what students expect from career development services.
02. Surveys
Using Google Survey, I asked about overall thoughts about the service and problem that prevents them from using the service.
03. Interviews
Based on the pain points I collected by surveys, I could ask more deep questions to emphasize about the experience using the service.
04. Focus Group
By observing students using the service, I could ideate the specific points that need improvement.

Based on the research, I organized the main pain points and ideated the solutions.

Communities by career goals
Reflecting student feedback, students with the same career
goals will be able to share their activities. Through this
function, students will be able to specify their process to
achieve their goals. It also can promote networking of
graduates.
